DELIVERY & PROCESSING 

- We Require a signature for all deliveries

-If you haven't requested your delivery to be left in a safe place in the event of you not being at home, then the delivery driver may leave a calling card. This will have instructions for you to collect your delivery or to rearrange delivery for a more convenient date. Your parcel may also be left with a neighbour.

- Orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Excluding UK public holidays.

-Deliveries are unavailable Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day.

-Please note that if you intercept the parcel, change the delivery address, or have it left in a safe place then you accept full responsibility and liability for the parcel, its content, and any possible loss.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your item please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

Returns are accepted with the item being in its original condition and packaging.
